The goal of this new opening is to bring the brand closer to young people and new technologies, creating the “Stand up and Quack” campaign. A new customer experience inside this new flagship store, which breaks down the concept of distance in this emergency period, offering an omnichannel service, blending the boundaries between online and offline.
Each sales employee, in fact, will be equipped with goggles made specifically for “virtual remote shopping” in order to give customers the opportunity to look at the items displayed in the store from their sofa at home, discuss their characteristics, and respond to all their doubts and / or curiosities, thus living a real sales experience. In this technological and futuristic context and to complete a interior lay-out made with natural materials.
Save the Duck has chosen Macropix, with the installation of a 2.6 mm Mobilis screen with the dimensions of 3000x1500mm which, perfectly inserted into the interior lay-out of the store, contributes to reinforce the concept of technology and modernity. In record time and in full COVID-19 emergency, Macropix technicians carried out the site survey, project development and installation of the screen, which adds value and enrich the visual aspect of the new store.
