Fine pitch LED screen for conference room at Scientific Tech House, Milan

Macropix transformed the Milan training facility of Scientific Tech House, Italy's first B2B robotics and technology hub, with a complete LED display installation. The project featured three professional LED screens with fine pitch. The intelligent LED system integrates wireless content sharing, interactive whiteboard capabilities, and videoconferencing into an all-in-one platform.

In the beating heart of Milanese innovation, Scientific Tech House chose Macropix to transform its training and conference room into a technologically advanced and visually extraordinary environment. Scientific Tech House is Italy’s first B2B business development space dedicated to robotics and technology, an innovative ecosystem where tech companies and potential buyers meet to explore cutting-edge solutions and develop market expansion strategies.

As a hub connecting the robotics world with buyers and institutions, Scientific Tech House required a training space worthy of its mission: facilitating collaboration, presenting complex technologies, and creating business opportunities through impactful demonstrations. The project, completed in the corporate sector at the new Milan headquarters in Italy, represents an excellent example of how next-generation LED technology can revolutionize spaces dedicated to corporate communication and professional training.

LED technology: tangible benefits for the corporate sector

For Scientific Tech House, a leader in the technology sector, the decision to install three fine pitch LED screen was not merely an aesthetic choice, but a strategic decision to enhance internal communication effectiveness. In an era where corporate training and videoconferencing represent fundamental pillars of productivity, these systems offer concrete and measurable advantages: crystal-clear images that capture attention even during lengthy training sessions, faithful and vibrant colors that enhance every multimedia content element, and fully digital management that eliminates the limitations of traditional projection systems.

Unlike conventional projectors, which suffer from ambient light issues and require room darkening, LED displays guarantee perfect visibility in any lighting condition, eliminating visual fatigue and maintaining participants’ high concentration levels. For a tech-oriented company like Scientific Tech House, this means being able to organize impactful presentations, immersive training sessions, and professional videoconferences where every visual detail matters, from the smallest typographic character to the chromatic nuances of complex graphs and diagrams.

A Turnkey installation designed for excellence

The intervention carried out by Macropix followed a complete turnkey approach, from initial design through final testing, ensuring a result perfectly integrated with the room’s architecture and the client’s operational needs. The training room was equipped with three professional LED screen configurations, each designed with a 16:9 format for perfect compatibility with all modern video content, and featuring front-access maintenance that greatly simplifies future technical interventions without requiring access to the screens’ rear panels.

The technology choice focused on two high-end product lines: the Magister LG 1.5 with a 136-inch diagonal and the Imaginis LG 2.5, both featuring high-definition indoor LED technology. Each display was selected with differentiated pixel pitch based on optimal viewing distance and the level of detail required for different areas of the room, thus ensuring an optimal visual experience regardless of viewers’ positions. Technical Installation Specifications:

Product used: Magister-C

The technological heart of this project is the Magister-C, an intelligent LED visualization system that represents the definitive evolution of professional screens for corporate environments. This is not simply a display, but an all-in-one collaborative platform that integrates a fine-pitch LED screen, android operating system, and videoconferencing module, eliminating the need for external devices and drastically simplifying daily use.

Think of it as a giant professional tablet: with the Magister-C, you can project content wirelessly directly from smartphones, tablets, or laptops, without cables or complicated connections. During meetings, participants can write and annotate directly on the screen like an interactive whiteboard, save notes, and share them instantly. Videoconferences start with a touch, while remote management allows the IT department to control and update the system without having to physically access the room.

What makes the Magister-C ideal for corporate training?

The visual quality is extraordinary: it supports 2K and 4K resolutions, with a color gamut exceeding 110% of the NTSC standard (more colors and nuances compared to traditional monitors) and a 6000:1 contrast ratio that guarantees deep blacks and brilliant whites. The 3840 Hz refresh rate completely eliminates flickering and visual vibrations, even when recording the screen with video cameras, while the adjustable brightness from 100 to 500 NIT perfectly adapts to ambient lighting, whether it’s a dark room or an open space illuminated by windows. From a design perspective, the Magister-C impresses with its minimal elegance: at just 40 mm thick (75 mm wall-mounted including brackets), it appears to almost float on the surface.

It can be wall-mounted or placed on a mobile support with a stabilized base, perfect for those who desire flexibility in space arrangement. Maintenance is completely front-accessible, meaning technicians can intervene without having to move the screen or access the rear panel, a huge advantage in corporate environments where every intervention must be quick and non-invasive. With an operational lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours of operation (equivalent to over 11 years of continuous 24/7 use), the Magister-C represents a long-term investment that will continue to offer excellent performance for many years, without loss of brightness or image quality. For Scientific Tech House, this means having a cutting-edge training environment, ready to face the challenges of modern corporate communication with reliable, powerful, and surprisingly simple-to-use technology.
